11 Weeks After Coleman was Born...10 Pounds to Go

Coleman is 12 weeks old! His latest tricks are rolling over (as seen in the video), kicking and waving his arms (always), holding his head up, accidentally grabbing anything that comes into his range (including mommy's hair) and smiling (my personal favorite). He's also sleeping eight hours through the night!

Coleman's hair is still blonde with a hint of red and his eyes seem to be turning more and more blue like his daddy.

I've been back at work for four weeks now. Ben stays home with Coleman. It's hard leaving them but Ben and Coleman are really getting into a routine during the day. At the end of my work day I can't wait to get home to hear all the fun they had together. And Ben's been really good about taking pictures so I don't feel like I missed out.

The Air Force has me working out five days a week and I'm feeling more and more like my old self. If I lose about 10 more pounds I will be pleased.

Ben's really pumped up about the start of football season. He loves watching his favorite team, Notre Dame, play. We're hoping they have a good year. Go Irish!

Scout injured her leg and has been hopping around on three legs for some time. We've taken her to the vet but they can't pinpoint what the problem is. If she pulled a tendon she might have to have surgery. We're trying to keep her off her feet but that's hard to do.

Smokey Joe is up to his same old tricks. He loves checking Coleman out. And whenever Coleman's not in Ben's lap Smokey Joe is. Poor Ben never gets a break.
