We welcomed our precious boy, Coleman Patrick, into our lives on June 21, 2008 at 3:45 PM. He weighed 6 lbs 9 oz and was 18.6 inches long. He was born 4 weeks early by cesarean section. The surgery went well, however, after Coleman was born he began to have trouble breathing. He was diagnosed with congenital pneumonia and was then admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. He was treated with antibiotics and had to wear a nasal cannula for oxygen.
His treatment was very effective and after 9 (long) days he was released from the hospital. We were so happy to bring Coleman home on June 30,2008. Thankfully he's doing great now. Thank you so much for all of your prayers and support.
