Happy Halloween , everyone! I hope yours was as fun as mine. Ben and I got a kick out of dressing up Scout and Smokey Joe. Smokey Joe was a pirate and Scout was a baseball player. They weren't too happy with us though. Ben also set up a little graveyard in our backyard. I think he did a great job!
And isn't the birthday cake Ben got me cute? It was delicious! Ben also surprised me with a big birthday present...A weekend trip to the island of Kauai!!! (Kauai is one of Oahu's neighbor islands.) I'm so excited! Ben always spoils me. We think it will be a great way to celebrate the wonderful month of October. After all, all of our family's very important dates fall within the month of October; Ben and my birthdays and our wedding anniversary. I'll let you all know how our get-away goes.
